17th Annual Gala Washington Regional Foundation The 17th annual Washington Regional Gala will begin at 6 p.m. April 6 at the Walton Arts Center in Fayetteville. Highlights of the evening will include the presentation of the Eagle Awards and a performance by Kenny Loggins. The 2010 Eagle Award recipients are Dr. Dan Bell, Carl Collier and David McClinton. Tickets for the black-tieoptional event are $75 for the performance and general reception, or $45 for the performance only. Sponsorships are available and range from $500 to $20,000.
