PUBLIC VIEWPOINT Wise People Don’t Fear Government

In his letter of Feb. 19, Robert Werner emphasized the aim of the Founding Fathers to institute a republic rather than a democracy. As a reading of the founders’ intentions, this seems not quite half right.

The fear, hate and paranoia are definitely out-of-hand. They also are based on a perverted, probably even willful, misunderstanding of the Founding Fathers and the Constitution they crafted.

so you have never had your life crushed and your family maternal family destroyed because of the allure of access to the Presidency. It is amazing how evil and cruel locals with access to the forces of law will become to attend balls, state dinners, and to get control over the distribution of federal appropriations to reward their own sycophants who are also willing to role in the dirt of abuse.
