PUBLIC VIEWPOINT Congress Can’t Relate

What is good for the goose is good for the gander! I have always been amazed at the arrogance of people who feel it necessary to make decisions for people who are without, such as what is going on in Washington on health care as I write. I have been watching the health care summit, and found I had to turn it off before I exploded. From the get-go, resentment began to build inside me, since I feel that people with 100 percent coverage for anything and everything can never relate to the problems and stress people live with every day when it comes to health care. Personally, until they are ready to include themselves and their families in whatever decision is ultimately reached, I cannot take them seriously insofar as their being concerned about me and mine, and I must go with my fears that those being served by this debate are special interests and politics, which makes me sick to my stomach.
