Pardon Process Gives Officials Opportunity To Comment

Local prosecutors, police, sheriff’s offices and judges are given an opportunity to comment on parole, pardon and clemency requests before the board. Most said they look at requests individually, but routinely object to sex offenders and violent offenders.
