Online news trains students, saves money at state colleges

Rick is the propieter of Rick Vosper Marketing Services, and his helping out with the marketing of the paper.
Students at the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith have a newspaper for the first time in eight years, but it isn’t on racks around campus.
