Swift to pay $6 million, get 9 seized trucks back

Swift Transportation Corp. this week agreed to pay a Monticello resident more than $6 million after his attorney successfully seized nine of the Phoenix-based business’s tractor-trailers that were passing through Drew and Ashley counties in southeastern Arkansas.
