‘Retired’ officials still had job perks
Audit: Some kept state cars, phones

Some state agency directors and administrators who retired and then returned to the state payroll kept their state-owned vehicles, cell phones and administrative authority during their periods of retirement, an auditor told lawmakers Friday.
