On his way out, Berry promotes own health bill

Wants to put ‘logical’ proposal on the record, says lawmaker

As Congress continues wrangling over a health-care overhaul, Rep. Marion Berry offered his own solution Thursday with a bill that would cap his political career and underscore his legislative priorities.
