Benton preschool will rehire juror it fired

Agreement reinstates assistant cook instead of providing ‘front pay’

A Benton preschool has agreed to reinstate an Alexander woman who was fired after reporting for jury service in federal court, putting an end to a case in which a judge found that the employer had violated federal law.
