Bella Vista Village’s Water Billing Office will be closed Monday for electrical upgrades. A new transformer is being installed outside of the Water Billing Office and the electrical panel is being upgraded to better serve the entire building and meet current electrical codes, a Property Owners Association news release stated. The office must be closed during the upgrade, because the power will be out. Payments may still be delivered to the drop box at 51 Huntley Lane, or water customers may visit the Membership Services Department, 101 Town Center. The office’s regular hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays will resume Tuesday.
