Biden cautions Palestinians, Israelis on imperiling talks

Vice President Joe Biden on Wednesday said Israel and the Palestinians will be held “accountable ” for actions jeopardizing peace efforts, such as Israeli approval of a plan for new homes in east Jerusalem.
