Arkansas Parole Officers DO NOT do their jobs. They allow repeat offenders to slide by with dirty drug screening test. Allow them to Drive with bogus tags and No Insurance. They NEVER make house visits, even when called to do so. They Don't care if The offender has a job or is making their child support payments.
But, I'm not quite sure if theres just not enough of them or what going on.
