U.S. says Conway center is high-risk

Keep children out, judge urged

The U.S. Department of Justice on Tuesday asked a federal judge to immediately halt all admissions of children to the Conway Human Development Center, citing a recently discovered “imminent and serious threat of harm” to residents.
