Premarital Seminar Slated Saturday NWA Healthy Marriages, a community service of the Center for Relationship Enrichment at John Brown University, will offer a seminar for engaged couples from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Fellowship Bible Church in Rogers.
