Halter rejects salary of senator
Lincoln wary of health plans

Lt. Gov. Bill Halter pledged Tuesday to take no pay raise if elected to the U.S. Senate. He also said he would “never become a lobbyist,” would have “town-hall” meetings in every county of the state each year, and would post on the Internet a notice of every meeting regarding legislation he has as a senator.
