In baby’s killing, teens charged with murder
Prosecutor undecided on death penalty

Two Fort Smith teens were charged Tuesday with felony first-degree murder in the fatal shooting of a baby during a robbery, and an Oklahoma man faces a second-degree murder count for pulling the trigger.
