‘Family’ has popular diner bustling again

It was Cyndi's birthday.

The Restaurant on the Corner and Grill reopened Monday after being closed since a Dec. 22 fire.

I think the map is messed up.. Not sure where that leads to, but ROTC is nowhere in that area..
