City, Utility Settle Fees Suit
ALDERMEN TO OK SETTLEMENT

A lawsuit against the city, Rogers Water Utilities and Rogers Waterworks and Sewer Commission over access and hook-up fees is going to cost the utility $200,000 in legal fees.
