Hoarse, Shirley Jones still lights up Oscar gala

Academy Award-winner Shirley Jones, best known for her part in the 1970s television show The Partridge Family, was too hoarse to sing, but the 35-piece Hollywood Orchestra and two soloists took the stage without her, performing music from Gone With the Wind, The Sound of Music and E.T.
