Girl, 14, again wins spelling bee

T-O-R-T-U-R-O-U-S. That’s not the word that made 14-year-old Esther Park the state’s spelling champion Saturday, but rather her description of competing in the threehour-long Arkansas Spelling Bee held at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
