Affiliated Foods exec indicted
Finance officer faces fraud case

Two weeks after the former chief operating officer of the now-defunct Affiliated Foods Southwest Inc. admitted to operating a check-kiting scheme to keep the business afloat, a federal grand jury indicted the wholesale food distributor’s chief financial officer as well.
