Exec board of AFL-CIO backs Halter
State division finds fault with Lincoln’s past votes

The Arkansas AFL-CIO’s executive board decided to back Democratic Lt. Gov. Bill Halter for U.S. Senate and not Democratic incumbent Blanche Lincoln, the federation’s president said Wednesday.
