Death-row inmate’s testimony sought
Deposition wanted for trial of former chief of staff Wright

An attorney for former gubernatorial chief of staff Betsey Wright wants a judge to allow him to take a videotaped deposition from deathrow inmate Don Davis, saying the testimony is needed to corroborate Wright’s defense against charges that she attempted to smuggle contraband into a maximum-security prison.
