Pastors: Judges not treated impartially

Blacks disciplined unfairly, they say

With candidates for state and federal offices filing to run for office, about a dozen black pastors and others convened in the state Capitol to accuse the state’s judicial disciplinary panel of unfair treatment of black judges.
