Sewer district taken to court for leaks

State agency wants to end 20 years of noncompliance by Marble Falls

A pollution threat to the Buffalo National River motivated the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality to take a small community to court in February, but its small sewer district has a history of noncompliance dating back 20 years.
