My question to Mayor Penn concerns his quote about Prairie Grove: “It’s easier for people to give a few pennies at a time,” he said. “We have teams hosting tournaments in Prairie Grove. Where does that revenue go?”
My Question: Did the City use tax payer money to buy the field(s) or did Prairie Grove increase taxes to buy the property and build the fields???? Who owns the property that the games are played on?? If their programs are so successful, How did they do it???
