WHAT’S THE POINT? The Washington County Sheriff’s Office should look to recent history for guidance on how to handle the Jessie Lunderby situation.

If only we had a nickel for every controversy that has stemmed from Playboy over the decades, we might be as rich as Hugh Hefner himself.

I do not agree with the rationalization of the press on comparing what Jessie Lunderby did and that of what the bailiff previously did. The first point is that Lunderby's act was intentional (premeditated) while the bailiff's was an unintentional act and there IS a difference while being mentally dense is no excuse. Second, I believe the bailiff would acknowledge his error and is NOT glad he did it while Lunderby had publicly exclaimed after the fact, she is GLAD she did it; therefore, she has absolutely shown NO remorse to the public. Jessie Lunderby deserves to be FIRED to set an example that the public demands faithful conduct from public employees and unfaithful conduct will NOT be tolerated, or allowed to set a bad precedent. What's next, public school teachers in porno mags and movies?

"Who Cares" Well, that's part of the problem; your non caring attitude supports public apathy.

There are allot of issues more important than this. Jobs, the gusher in the gulf, crime, drugs, and the economy. Do I need to say more? This issue & the gay pride parade issue in my book are just detractors from the real issues.

I agree there are a lot of issues to include local community, state, and federal levels of concern of which "I care" , unlike apathetic others who publicly admit they 'don't care'; therefore, I attempt to address issues across-the-board at all levels without offering apathetic exclusion, pitiful appeasement or lame excuses.
