Weather Plays Chicken At Wingfest

STORM THREATENS, BUT MANY HOLD GROUND FOR EAT-OFF EVENT

Two collegeage young men passed through the entrance to the sixth annual Wingfest, tucked their wallets away, picked up a plastic foam plate and adjusted their sunglasses.
