Shareholders’ meeting infuses $1.5 million in green

Wal-Mart shareholders and employees in town for the company’s annual shareholders meeting are flooding the usually cardinal-red University of Arkansas campus with more than just the company’s blue shirts. They’re putting large amounts of green - perhaps $1.5 million - into the Fayetteville school’s coffers. Dormitory rent, parking-lot use, meal provisions, and use of security and transit systems for up to 4,500 Wal-Mart employees selected to representtheir individual stores for the week and for Friday’s big meeting can add up, said Steve Voorhies, manager of news and media relations for University Relations. How would it add to campus red? Sounds to me like it would add to campus black.
I know you wanted a clever headline but it just makes no sense.
