Benton County Sheriff’s Office

• Kurt Walton Stumbaugh, 37, of 1656 Rolling Hills Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony theft of property. Stumbaugh was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Kenneth Dean Bogue, 35, of 47 Candlewood Lane in Lampe, Mo., was arrested Thursday in connection with two counts of felony failure to appear and one count of felony theft of property. Bogue was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $7,500 bond.

Elm Springs

• Christopher Pennington, 29, of 806 E. Lake Road was arrested Wednesday in connection with second degree sexual assault. He remained jailed Thursday in lieu of $50,000 bond.

Fayetteville

• Bradley Jennings, 38, of 511 Central Ave. in Lincoln was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony drug possession. He remained jailed Thursday in lieu of $3,500 bond.

• Lauren Bouwman, 21, of 11700 Giles Road in Farmington was arrested Wednesday in connection with theft by receiving, criminal trespass, obstructing governmental operations and violation of a probation or suspended sentence. She was released Thursday on $4,250 bond.

• Tameca Simpson, 20, of 1540 Rolling Hills Drive was arrested Wednesday in connection with theft of property. She was released Thursday on $2,500 bond.

• Kristina Young, 35, of 1739 Manchester Drive was arrested Thursday in connection with residential burglary, theft by receiving and second degree criminal mischief. She remained jailed Thursday in lieu of $5,000 bond.

• James Martin, 24, of 4010 N. Salem Road was arrested Thursday in connection with violation of a probation or suspended sentence. He was released Thursday on $2,500 bond.

• Zachariah Rice, 34, of 206 Cedar Brook Place in Farmington was arrested Thursday in connection with first degree criminal mischief and public intoxication. He remained jailed Thursday in lieu of $170 bond.

Little Flock

• Maurice Nathaniel Alford, 47, of 1805 S. Eighth St. in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with felony terroristic threatening and misdemeanor harassment. Alford was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Prairie Grove

• Karen Haden, 60, of 11291 Applehill Road was arrested Wednesday in connection with theft of property, aggravated robbery and second degree criminal mischief. She was released Wednesday in $5,000 bond.

Rogers

• Carlos Lopez-Cardoza, 25, of 1002 W. Rozell St., was arrested Thursday in connection with second-degree forgery. Lopez-Cardoza was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $5,000 bond.

Siloam Springs

• Derrick Lynn Sells, 31, of 751 E. Arkansas 16 was arrested Thursday in connection with felony fleeing by vehicle with extreme indifference and misdemeanor reckless driving and resisting arrest. Sells was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Christina Holt, 29, of 1019 N. Jefferson St. was arrested Thursday in connection with felony drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing governmental operations and contempt of court. She remained jailed Thursday without a bond set.

• Jamie Deutschman, 19, of 8101 Edgar in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with commercial burglary, theft of property, felony drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and forgery. He remained jailed Thursday in lieu of $6,000 bond.

• Gerardo Mendoza-Estrada, 19, of 2950 Chestnut Ave. was arrested Thursday in connection with forgery, obstructing governmental operations, drinking alcohol in public and minor in possession of alcohol. He remained jailed Thursday without a bond set.

• Dalesha Welch, 20, of Westville, Okla., was arrested Thursday in connection with contempt of court. She remained jailed Thursday in lieu of $175,000 bond.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office

• Seth Tyler, 20, of 1647 N. Oakland Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony drug possession and obstructing governmental operations. He was released Wednesday on $3,028 bond.

• William Bassett, 56, of 4159B Nightingale Lane in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with violation of a probation or suspended sentence. He was released Wednesday on $2,500 bond.

• Wilbert Powell, 59, of San Diego, Calif., was arrested Wednesday in connection with violation of a probation or suspended sentence. He remained jailed Thursday in lieu of $3,500 bond.

• Herbert Wright, 37, of 3480 E. Huntsville Road Apt. 12 in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with theft of property. He remained jailed Thursday without a bond set.

• Nancy Farmer, 42, of 3480 E. Huntsville Road Trailer 53 in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with theft of property, forgery and abuse of impaired or endangered adults. She remained jailed Thursday without a bond set.
