Benton County Sheriff’s Office

Nathan Edward Haynes, 28, of Raleigh, N.C., was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony failure to appear, three counts of misdemeanor failure to appear and misdemeanor contempt. Haynes was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $12,000 bond.

Robert John Molz, 39, of 905 S.E. 12th St. in Bentonville was arrested Wednesday in connection with second-degree sexual assault. Molz was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Sadie Ann Sims, 23, of Lee’s Summit, Mo., was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony failure to appear. Sims was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $5,000 bond.

Toby James Harvey, 31, of 37656 Arkansas 23 in Huntsville was arrested Wednesday in connection with conspiracy to manufacture a controlled substance. Harvey was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Indi Ann Fink, 58, of 605 S.W. Pearl Drive in Bentonville was arrested Wednesday in connection with three counts of delivery of a controlled substance. Fink was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail.

Fayetteville

Billy Burchard, 53, of 2126 N. Chestnut Apt. 6 in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony drug possession and public intoxication. He remained jailed Wednesday in lieu of $3,500 bond.

Rogers

Lucas Linden Nunnelee, 27, of 915 S. Eighth St., was arrested Tuesday in connection with parole violation. Nunnelee was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office

Natasha Schader, 29, of 410 S. Hunter in Farmington was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony drug possession. She remained jailed Wednesday in lieu of $500 bond.

Charles Atkinson, 21, of Goodman, Mo., was arrested Wednesday in connection with residential burglary and theft of property. He remained jailed Wednesday in lieu of $50,000 bond.

Jeri Qedan, 47, of 114 San Jose in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with theft of property and forgery. She remained jailed Wednesday without a bond set.

Robert Turner, 40, of Kansas City, Kan., was arrested Wednesday in connection with violation of a probation or suspended sentence. He remained jailed Wednesday without a bond set.

Centerton

Bentonville paramedics transported two people to Northwest Medical-Bentonville after a three-vehicle accident Tuesday at Arkansas 102 and Stoneleigh Apartments.

An employee at Smith Truck Corral, 1411 Andy Jack Road, reported Tuesday a back door had been broken in and keys taken.

Terri Thomas, 12952 Hickory Creek Road, reported Tuesday someone had stolen her laptop computer, Internet card and TV.

An employee at a business at 902 S. Eighth St. reported a window broken after an alarm went off at the business Wednesday.

Shayna Acrala, 3815 N. Third St., reported her vehicle broken into Wednesday.

A caller from Frank Tillery School, 211 S. Seventh St., reported Tuesday a burglary occurred over the weekend.

Ruben Cantu, 4307 W. Worthington Drive, reported Tuesday his Social Security number is being used by someone else.
