Benton County Sheriff's Office

Albert Trent Harless, 52, of 1104 W. Easy St. in Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with felony aggravated assault, first-degree domestic battering and parole violation. Harless was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Bryon Eugene Brumley, 49, of Kansas City, Mo., was arrested Monday in connection with possession with intent to manufacture a controlled substance. Brumley was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Jason Andrew Fox, 26, of 8 Lanford Lane in Bella Vista was arrested Monday in connection with felony nonsupport dating back to September 2008 and misdemeanor failure to appear dating back to February 2006. Fox was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail on a $965 bond for the misdemeanor count and no bond set for the felony count.

Vanessa Marie Hall, 20, of 22428 W. War Eagle Cove in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with felony filing a false report of criminal wrongdoing and a bond surrender. Hall was being held in the Benton County Jail Monday on a $12,500 bond.

Jacqueline Faye Clardy, 47, of 1507 N. Englewood in Siloam Springs was arrested Monday in connection with felony failure to appear. Clardy was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

Kevin Gellnes, 32, of 1116 S. West Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with aggravated assault. He remained jailed Monday in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Tom Stowell, 21, of 1116 S. West Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with residential burglary, third-degree battery, violation of a probation or suspended sentence, obstructing government operations and failure to appear. He remained jailed Monday in lieu of $14,445 bond.

John Ober, 21, of 2202 Wedington Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with felony drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence. He was released Monday without bond.

Siloam Springs

Donna Alaine Jordan, 50, of 710 S. Wright St. was arrested Sunday in connection with felony theft by receiving and misdemeanor public intoxication. Jordan was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Teresa K. Perez, 35, of Russellville, was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail in connection with two counts of felony delivery of a controlled substance dating back to October and one count of misdemeanor failure to appear dating back to January 2007. Perez was being held on a $51,000 bond.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

Lacy Davis, 26, of 320 W. Meadow St. in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with violation of a probation or suspended sentence. She was released Monday on $2,500 bond.

Nicholas Vanderburg, 24, of 209 Sherry Whitlock in Siloam Springs was arrested Monday in connection with felony drug possession. He remained jailed Monday without a bond set.

Gary Johnson, 31, of 1035 S. Montgomery St. in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with violation of a probation or suspended sentence and failure to appear. He was released Monday on $4,152 bond.

Terry Tague, 34, of 1936 Arrowhead St. in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with theft or property and breaking or entering. He remained jailed Monday in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Donald Raper, 10125 Oklahoma Drive, reported the theft of an iPhone Sunday.

Ginger Quye, 9803 Old Prairie Creek Road, reported Sunday the theft of a pontoon boat.

Greg Murray reported Sunday a vacant house at 15056 U.S. 62 East, that was "trashed" and a TV stolen.

Judy Puvh, 13071 Douglas Circle, reported Sunday someone was stealing gas from her vehicle.

Teresa Conklin, 13886 Old Wire Road, reported Friday someone vandalized her mailbox by writing an obscenity on it.

Rogers

A caller at 502 W. Hudson Road reported a breaking or entering Sunday.

Lacey Brucker, 2201 W. Morter, reported Sunday a purse taken out of a vehicle.

Cynthia Allen, 601 W. Easy St., reported Sunday items stolen from her vehicle.

Accidents

Benton County Sheriff's Office

One person was taken to Mercy Medical Center in Rogers after a motorcycle accident Saturday on Dam Site Road about three miles from the Carroll County line.

Fires

Rogers

Rogers firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at Hudson and Water Tower roads and a grass fire at 205 E. Laura St. over the weekend. There were no injuries and no structures damaged.
