ROGERS — Sponge Bob Squarepants will be at a car dealership on Saturday, supporting CASA of Northwest Arkansas’ Christmas in July Toy Drive and promoting child safety.
Families are encouraged to donate one or more new, unwrapped toys for any age child. Every toy will stay in Northwest Arkansas to support abused and neglected children currently in the court system, according to a news release.
The Nancy Grace Digital Fingerprinting Program will be onsite to allow parents to record important details for their children in the event they go missing.
Child safety seat checks will also be available.
The event is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Toyota of Northwest Arkansas, 411 S. Metro Parkway.
Cox Communications and Cox Media are also sponsors of the event.
