Luke Hulse of the Northwest Arkansas All-Stars, throws out a baserunner July 10 during the North Arkansas Senior Babe Ruth State Tournament at Veterans Park in Rogers.
Two local teams are confident heading into the summer-ending 2010 Senior Babe Ruth 16-year-old Southwest Regional Invitational after successful runs at the state tournament.
