FAYETTEVILLE — The USS Snook Base of the United States Submarine Veterans will unveil a memorial monument dedicated to submariners lost in service. The ceremony will be at 10 a.m. today at the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks in Fayetteville.
The public and members of other veterans organizations are invited to attend. This is the first submarine memorial in Northwest Arkansas and the third in the state.
