Benton County Sheriff's Office

Jeffrey Lynn Baehler, 47, of Tulsa, Okla., was arrested Monday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and second-degree sexual assault. Baehler was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

David Guia Loyola, 26, of 510 Spicewood Trail in Centerton was arrested Monday in connection with five counts of delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Loyola was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Rodney Wade Smith, 44, of 15790 1/2 Arkansas 12 was arrested Sunday in connection with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Smith was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Shannon Edward Tackett, 37, of 15 Miller in Bella Vista was arrested Sunday in connection with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, revocation of a suspended sentence or probation and misdemeanor failure to appear. Tackett was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail on a $500 for the misdemeanor count and no bond set for the felony counts.

Kenneth Paul Walden Jr., 43, of 2710 W. Magnolia St. in Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Walden was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

Joseph Crow, 25, of 1030 Rochier in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with violation of a probation or suspended sentence. He was released Sunday on $2,500 bond.

Springdale

Edwardo Vega, 30, of 1003 Highland in Springdale was arrested Sunday in connection with aggravated assault and carrying certain prohibited weapons. He was released Monday on $5,000 bond.

William Johnson, 54, homeless, was arrested Monday in connection with felony driving while intoxicated. He remained jailed Monday without a bond set.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

Gary Greenlee, 32, of 14534 Highland Church in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with third-degree domestic battering and interference with emergency communications. He was released Monday on $5,000 bond.

Michael Kanning, 23, of 604 S.W. Fifth in Bentonville was arrested Monday in connection with felony failure to appear. He remained jailed Monday in lieu of $75,000 bond.

Katrayus Lane, 19, of 1700 West End in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with residential burglary, theft of property and failure to appear. He remained jailed Monday in lieu of $772 bond.

Guy Tucker, 13529 S. Old Highway 59, reported Friday the theft of a truck toolbox.

Joe Cromer of War Eagle Mill, 11045 War Eagle Road, reported the theft of money from cash registers Saturday.

Leroy McAnn, 9148 Wright Road, reported the theft of two chain saws, a movie camera and drills Saturday.

Lisa Howington, 2602 Aspen Lane, reported a missing computer game console Sunday.

Delita Smiley, 10261 Hickory Hills Drive, reported Sunday someone had stolen alcohol from the house, taken her pontoon boat out and returned it. Four people she had never seen before were walking up from the boat dock when she arrived home, she told police.

Bentonville

Anita Wright, 500 S.W. Diamond Drive, reported a break-in Sunday.

Jerry Everheart, 3200 S.W. Pebble St., reported a theft Sunday.

Rogers

Eddie Dutton, 1801 W. Walnut St., told police Sunday he had ridden to an Arvest Bank location on his bike, and while he was at the ATM, someone stole his bike.

Lorene Brown, 300 W. Janda Drive, reported a theft Sunday, telling officers she'd had fuel siphoned out of the gas tank of her vehicle.

Joseph Starr, 224 S. Second St., reported Sunday money was taken from money bags inside Rolando's Restaurant.

Accident

Benton County Sheriff's Office

Two people, a man and a woman, were taken to Mercy Medical Center after a one-vehicle rollover accident at 17089 Arkansas 94 Saturday. The woman lost control of the Ford Taurus she was driving on a curve, according to police.

Fire

Bella Vista

A house on Pea Ridge Road in Missouri was destroyed by a fire that began at 3:45 p.m. Friday. The residents were not injured. The fire restarted the next day. There are no fire hydrants in the area.
