Adopted son state-bound after quake

A journey of love and prayer ends this morning when Lori and Noel Tugwell return home to Siloam Springs with Louis, their 12-year-old adopted son who survived the Jan. 12 earthquake that devastated Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
