TV revenue helps UA set budget plan

The University of Arkansas’ flagship campus will use television revenue from its athletics department, reserve funds, a hiring freeze and across-the-board budget cuts to address a mid-fiscal year cut in state appropriations, Chancellor G. David Gearhart said Wednesday.
