Royals Sign Ex-Naturals

LISSON, DYSON, PARRAZ AGREE TO ONE-YEAR CONTRACTS

The Kansas City Royals announced Tuesday they have signed three members of last year’s Northwest Arkansas Naturals to one-year contracts.
