List of closings

City facilities will provide shelter and food to residents over the next three days as a bone-chilling Arctic air mass, accompanied by high wind, sweeps into the area.

Wind chill temperatures could be as low as minus-20 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.

City officials met Wednesday to finalize plans for the shelters. The Adult Wellness Center, behind Frisco Station Mall, and the Rogers Activity Center, 315 W. Olive St., are scheduled to be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.
