ARCTIC AIR MASS: City Readies For Big Chill

WARMING CENTERS OPEN TO AREA RESIDENTS

City facilities will provide shelter and food to residents over the next three days as a bone-chilling Arctic air mass, accompanied by high wind, sweeps into the area.
