Stimulus funds help 2 cities’ sewer plants

Employees of Branco Enterprises Inc. work on Phase 1 of a new wastewater treatment plant in Siloam Springs, which will meet Environmental Protection Agency guidelines when complete.

Federal stimulus money has proved crucial as Prairie Grove and Siloam Springs build sewer plants that have been on municipal to-do lists for years.
