WHAT’S THE POINT? Hoarding fine art in a locked basement rather than letting it be displayed in a new, modern art museum in a neighboring state is inexcusable.

An important art collection remains hidden from the public today, held hostage by parochial jealousies. But a court ruling this week may be the first step in finally putting those important pieces back on display — some right here in Northwest Arkansas.
