ARKANSAS TRAVELER War Eagle Cavern worth a little look

It’s pitch black. In the distance, two flickering orange flames barely prick the inky darkness. The only sound is the constant trickling of water running over limestone formations. No wonder the American Indians who lived here rarely ventured beyond the first rooms, afraid of evil spirits lurking in the dark.
