ARKANSAS SPORTSMAN: More, better habitat needed to boost bobwhites

A crowd of 50 people at the Witt Stephens Jr. Central Arkansas Nature Center in Little Rock on Thursday night proved that Arkansans want to restore bobwhite quail in the Natural State.
