Fundraiser draws flak for speaker

Arkansas House Speaker Robbie Wills, who said he wouldn’t accept campaign contributions during the Legislature’s fiscal session, “has now been caught with his hand in the cookie jar” by planning a fundraiser during the session, the Republican Party state chairman charged.
