Realty debtors turn to lawsuits
But bank beating area developer

A Tuesday order dismissing claims by a developer and a Friday judgment in Benton County are the latest legal outcomes in a growing category of lawsuits, that which claims that lending institutions are responsible for a borrower’s repayment problems.
