Turning awkward sixth- seventh- eighth- and ninth-graders into dancers the quality of Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers can’t be easy. Yet Northwest Arkansas Junior Cotillion founders Susan Gessler and Pam Jones have been doing it for 17 years, with a smile, and always in style.
