Son Faces Murder Charges

Two officers with the Benton County Sheriff’s Office arrest Nicholas Johansen in connection with capital murder Wednesday after he attempted to pass a roadblock on Sugar Creek Road near Garfield. Investigators were digging up a shallow grave on nearby property where they suspect the remains of two missing women are buried.
