Bypass project gets $10 million stimulus grant
Bella Vista idea shy $135 million

The U.S. Department of Transportation announced Wednesday that the proposed Bella Vista bypass is getting a $10 million economic stimulus grant — $135.4 million shy of what Arkansas requested to construct its 14.1-mile segment as a toll road.
