BENTONVILLE — A blood drive for a Baker Elementary School student battling medulloblastoma, a type of brain cancer, will be held March 31.
The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, 201 N.W. Second St. in Bentonville.
Sam Galen, 8, was diagnosed with medulloblastoma in May 2009. He has required several transfusions during radiation and chemotherapy treatments.
